On Step 2 of the new WorkReceipt form, tap the before photo box to take or upload photos, then do the same for after photos. You can add multiple photos to each section. Photos appear on both your owner report and the customer-facing report.

Yes. Step 2 has a 'Receipts / Parts Photos' section. Add photos of parts used, receipts, materials, or anything that supports the job. These appear on the customer report as supporting proof.

My photos aren't showing up on the report. What do I do?

Make sure you're uploading photos before clicking 'Generate Report.' Photos upload in the background after the job is saved. If photos still don't appear, try creating a new job and re-uploading. If the problem persists, contact support.

How do I send the report to my customer?

Open the report and scroll to 'Send to Customer.' Enter their phone number and tap 'Send via Text.' This opens your Messages app with the report link pre-filled. On desktop, use 'Send via Email' to open your email client with the report pre-loaded.

On desktop, the microphone auto-restarts after silence, so just keep talking and it will pick back up. On mobile, make sure you've granted microphone permissions to your browser. If it's cutting off too fast, speak more continuously without long pauses.
